On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, a free Ayurvedic medical camp was successfully organized by the Sanjivani Kerala Ayurveda Hospital, Sriperumbudur, in collaboration with the Sri Sarvamangala Nagar Residents Association, Chitlapakam, Chennai. The event aimed at promoting health and wellness through Ayurveda, offering free consultations and medical services to the public.
The event commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony conducted by Mr. Jayadeep Chandran, Zonal Chairman of Tambaram Corporation Zone-3. His presence and participation added a sense of pride and unity to the occasion.
The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. Jagan, the Councillor of Ward 43, Tambaram Corporation. His support and encouragement played a significant role in making the event a success.
The program included a special speech delivered by Dr. I. Roshini Banu, Medical Officer at Sanjivani Kerala Ayurveda Hospital. Dr. Roshini shared valuable insights on “The Benefits of Ayurveda and Healthy Lifestyle,” aiming to raise awareness among the public about the significance of Ayurveda in maintaining good health.
A team of expert doctors from Sanjivani Kerala Ayurveda Hospital, including Dr. K. S. Gobinath, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Roshini Banu, and Dr. Sivaraman, consulted patients during the camp. A total of 134 patients were benefited from the camp, receiving free consultations, screening tests for diabetes and blood pressure, Ayurvedic medicine samples, and Ayurvedic therapies.
The success of the medical camp was made possible by the dedicated efforts of Mr. M. Ravi, Secretary, and Mr. Venkataraman, President of the Sri Sarvamangala Nagar Residents Association. Their hard work and commitment ensured the smooth and efficient organization of the event.
