On 9th February 2025, Sanjivani Kerala Ayurveda Hospital, Sriperumbudur, conducted a free medical camp at the revered Ramanujar Temple, with the goal of extending quality Ayurvedic healthcare to the local community. The camp saw an overwhelming response, with over 100 individuals screened for blood pressure and diabetes. Among them, 34 patients received personalized consultations and Ayurvedic medicines free of cost.
The medical team, led by Dr. K S Gobinath, Dr. I Roshini Banu, and Dr. K Sivaraman, provided expert advice and individualized lifestyle guidance based on Ayurvedic principles. Attendees also benefitted from therapy recommendations and preventive health tips, creating awareness about the importance of holistic well-being.
“I never thought Ayurveda could offer such clarity in treating my condition. This camp helped me understand my health better,” said a 52-year-old participant from Sriperumbudur.
“Our goal is to make authentic Ayurveda accessible at the grassroots level,” shared Dr. Gobinath during the camp.
This outreach reflects Sanjivani’s ongoing mission to promote preventive and natural healthcare in the community.
